ASML enlisted Firestone Builders for a two-phase project at their new manufacturing warehouse in Vista. Phase 1 focused on significant upgrades to the warehouse space. We created a structural penetration through a rebar-reinforced concrete wall using shotcrete, relocated a 30- foot demising wall, and constructed IDF (Intermediate Distribution Frame) data centers. Additionally, we built an equipment cage, installed bollards, and added perimeter safety railings. Phase 2 centered on the office tenant improvements, where we constructed new office areas, set up a dedicated welding room, installed a new HVAC system, and added a drop ceiling, flooring, and window roller shades. Firestone Builders delivered comprehensive solutions to meet ASML's requirements efficiently and effectively.
