This design-build project involved designing, permitting, and constructing a custom master bedroom and bathroom addition for this home. In close collaboration with the homeowners, we tailored the space to meet their specific needs, incorporating his-and-hers closets, a custom shower and bathroom, and an office den. To further enhance the property, we added a structural rooftop patio deck above the new master suite, maximizing ocean views, and a beautifully designed backyard patio, creating multiple inviting spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.
