The HOA Board for the Autumn Heights Community in San Marcos was looking to replace leaking windows from 6 different units. Firestone Builders was tasked with replacing the windows with the intent of finding and solving the water intrusion problems as well. After replacing the windows the Firestone Team was able to identify the source of the leaks on each window and make the necessary repairs. After an exceptionally wet winter in 23’ the windows have been tested and will extend the life of the units for the HOA and the homeowners.
