The perfect example of what happens when deferred maintenance catches up to you.  We were called in to perform some renovation work on a 16-unit condo complex. The job involved the removal of asbestos, renovation of deteriorated balconies, repairs of water damage and leaks, replacement of failed sliding doors and windows, stucco works, ADA upgrades, new safety railings, privacy partitions, gates, painting, as well as prevention of future damage with waterproofing and epoxy coatings. Essentially, we took on 50 years’ worth of deferred maintenance and upgraded the condos bring them up to code while repairing decades of mistreatment and negligence.
