We completed a 1,000-square-foot tenant improvement project in downtown San Diego, creating the first joint Jimmy John’s and Dunkin’ Donuts facility. The project featured brand-new finishes reflecting both iconic brands, from updated flooring to striking exterior signage, delivering a fresh and inviting space for customers.
