We were approached by our client that wanted to open another location of his gyms. The new San Marcos location would need a conditional use permit from the city and a fresh design to become the flagship location.  After we lobbied and obtained the CUP on our client’s behalf we begin works on this design/build project. We worked closely with our clients to design and construct this premier location.
