We collaborated with Sharp Healthcare to integrate essential utilities for a planned senior living facility. The project included installing a new fire hydrant, extending a 2-inch waterline, and establishing a sewer connection to the city's infrastructure. Additionally, we secured permit approval for the future facility. And to benefit the Poway community, a new horse path was constructed alongside the property, improving both accessibility and functionality in the area.
