We began by installing new drywall around the existing framing to create a solid and reliable foundation. To address noise issues, a soundproof chamber was built around a water line running through an office, using Dynomat and noise-canceling insulation for effective sound reduction. Once the walls were textured, mudded, and painted, the old carpet was removed, and versatile carpet tiles were installed, allowing for easy replacement or rearrangement. The space was further upgraded with new ceiling tiles, and the final touch involved fitting new door frames and doors, combining solid and windowed designs to balance privacy and natural light.
