To prevent flooding and improve drainage, our team completed a comprehensive roof and gutter replacement alongside a storm drain system upgrade. The project began with underground utility detection and thorough site documentation. We then demolished existing concrete walkways beneath the roofline to access and expose underground lines, ensuring no disruptions during construction. After trenching, we installed storm drain pipes, boxes, and inlets for downspouts throughout the property. Once the drainage system was in place, we regraded, compacted, and poured new concrete walkways for a seamless finish. The project concluded with a full roof replacement, complete with paint and stucco work, providing long-lasting protection and enhanced curb appeal.
