We had the privilege of transforming the central kitchen for the School District, focusing on enhancing functionality and durability. To improve energy efficiency, we installed new rigid insulation, helping the facility operate more sustainably and cost-effectively. The walls were upgraded with Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panels, providing superior protection against moisture and daily wear, ensuring long-lasting durability. For the floors, we applied a durable epoxy coating, making them easy to clean and maintain, which is essential in a high-traffic kitchen environment.
To enhance kitchen operations, we installed two new commercial wash sinks. One sink is equipped with its own power washer and heater, designed for thorough and efficient cleaning. The other sink includes a commercial food waste receptor, a high-capacity dishwasher, an exhaust hood, and a dish conveyor system, streamlining the dishwashing process and improving overall workflow. These comprehensive upgrades have transformed the kitchen into a more efficient, sanitary, and productive space, capable of meeting the demands of high-volume food service.
