Firestone completed a major upgrade of the main IT and data storage facility for Vista Unified School District. The project involved tenant improvements to the electrical and head-end rooms. In the temperature-controlled electrical room, we installed a new Schneider Electric UPS battery backup module with lithium-ion battery cabinets to ensure reliable power. The head-end room, housing the district's computer servers and data, was equipped with a self-contained server rack featuring Schneider Electric in-row cooling units to maintain a consistent ambient temperature. The project also included high-quality finishes such as electrostatic sheet vinyl flooring, updated doors and hardware, fresh paint, and new ceilings for a fully modernized and functional space.
